SmartSensor telemed is developing a disposable smartcard test
device for home use incorporating a biosensor linked to a
detachable data module. The biosensor performs a medical
diagnostic test, with test data captured in the data module for
subsequent processing.
SmartSensor technology combines the convenience of home
testing with the quality of laboratory tests and the safety of
professional patient management.
